Overview
Vad är islam? Vad är Koranen och haditherna? Hur definieras monoteismen i islamisk teologi? Vilka historiska spänningar hittar vi mellan tro och vetande, teologi och filosofi? Hur påverkar den tidiga muslimska kunskapssystematiseringen utvecklingen av tolkningstraditioner, inklusive den samtida tolkningsmångfalden? I kursen Islamisk teologi och filosofi behandlas dessa och andra frågor utifrån ett urval av historiska och samtida socio-politiska sammanhang, inklusive sunni- och shiamuslimska läror. **Distanskursens upplägg:** Kursen är nätbaserad och genomförs i en lärplattform. Det blir fyra obligatoriska träffar online. Kursen förutsätter regelbundet deltagande i lärplattformens aktiviteter och uppgifter. Examinationen sker löpande genom deltagande i webbseminarier och genom inlämningsuppgifter och/eller hemtentor. Tillgång till internetansluten dator är nödvändig.
