<![CDATA[Utbildningen syftar till att skapa förutsättningar att utveckla kunskaper om och färdigheter i Microsofts molntjänster och operativsystem. Utbildningen är inriktad mot arbetsrollen som supporttekniker. Som supporttekniker ger man hjälp och stöd per telefon till kunder eller användare som har problem med program och appar eller behöver assistans för att avhjälpa fel. För supporttekniker AI inkluderar utbildningen även grunderna i AI för IT-support, såsom automatisering av supportflöden, användning av AI-baserade verktyg för felsökning och ärendehantering, samt förståelse för AI-tjänster inom Microsoft 365 och Azure. Utbildningen kan ges både på distans och på plats. Yrkesutbildningen är på 130 dagar inklusive ett arbetsplatsförlagt lärande men tiden i utbildningen är individuell och kan därför bli längre eller kortare, beroende på dina behov och tidigare kunskaper. ]]>
