Kursen syftar till att reflektera över individens ledarskap i skilda kontexter och organisationer, med fokus på det mänskliga samspelet mellan ledare och medarbetare. Inom denna kurs ges en inblick i skilda perspektiv på ledarskap. Vidare behandlas och diskuteras olika faktorers påverkan på ledarskapet som t.ex. verksamhetens art, individrelaterade egenskaper och färdigheter, ledarskapsstrategier och attityder relaterade till organisation och medarbetare. Inom ramen för kursen diskuteras aktuella eller fiktiva etiska och moraliska dilemman med anknytning till ledarskap och organisation.
