Overview
Kursen ger fördjupade kunskaper om ledarskap och förbättringsarbete för olika professioners ledande och utvecklande funktion inom vård och omsorg. I kursen studeras olika teorier och modeller utifrån ett patient- och vårdvetenskapligt perspektiv för att leda, organisera och utveckla vården. Vidare studeras olika styrformer och prioriteringar, liksom metoder för riskbedömning, patientsäkerhet och förbättringsarbete. I kursen problematiseras etiska frågeställningar i relation till hur förutsättningar skapas för ett hållbart och värdeskapande ledarskap. Teorier och modeller om gruppdynamik och samverkan ingår i kursen liksom relevant lagstiftning inom området.
