Kursen passar dig som vill lära dig mer om hur ett hållbart och hälsofrämjande ledarskap kan utvecklas i praktiken. I kursen arbetar du med egna "case" med målet att utveckla en handlingsplan för ledarskap och hållbart arbete inom ett eget valt verksamhetsområde. Föreläsningar, seminarier. kurslitteratur och annat kursmaterial ges som stöd i arbetet för att utveckla en konkret, avgränsad och forskningsbaserad handlingsplan. Under seminarier finns möjlighet till reflektion och utbyte med kursdeltagare med olika bakgrunder och från olika branscher. Kursen riktar sig till dig som är chef, arbetar inom HR, FHV och projektledning eller som har ett generellt intresse av ledarskap och ett hållbart arbetsliv.
