<p>The course introduces students to key traditions in leadership studies. It aims to equip students with fundamental concepts and perspectives needed to analyze, understand, and make sense of the challenges faced by individuals in leadership roles. The course highlights the relevance of leadership in formal leadership positions as well as in specialist roles.<br /> The theoretical field is multifaceted and ambiguous, offering no clear-cut answers. In addition to deepening their understanding of leadership theories, students will reflect on their own assumptions and critically discuss and analyze leadership theory and practice.<br /> Theoretical knowledge will be applied to various cases and personal experiences to develop a deeper understanding of the practical implications of leadership.</p>
