Overview
Kursen hjälper dig att reflektera kring ledarskap i skolan på olika nivåer som exempelvis lärare, förstelärare, specialpedagog och rektor. I kursen behandlas teorier om ledarskap, relationen ledare och medarbetare, grupper och gruppdynamik samt innebörden av ledarskap på olika nivåer i skolan. Dessutom berörs ledarskap relaterat till genus och mångfald ur ett vidare perspektiv samt etiska aspekter i ledarskapet. Obligatoriska träffar genomförs tre lördagar under terminen. Den första träffen i kursen är förlagd vid Campus i Växjö. De övriga två träffarna genomförs via nätet med hjälp av e-mötesverktyget Zoom.
