<p>I den här kursen behandlas teoretiska perspektiv på och strategier för ledarskap och organisering av socialt förändringsarbete. Vi tränar på olika delar i arbetet att leda och organisera förändringsarbete från problemformulering till utvärdering i möten med verksamheter inom det sociala arbetets verksamheter. </p><p>Olika sätt att leda och organisera socialt förändringsarbete diskuteras i relation till det sociala arbetets olika aktörer såsom professionella, brukare och intresseorganisationer och i relation till olika perspektiv på social utsatthet och social förändring. </p><p>Vidare ingår i kursen att granska befintliga och avslutade förändringsarbeten utifrån den tidigare forskning och teori som vi arbetat med under kursen.</p>
