Overview
Ämnesområdet företagsekonomi behandlar modeller och metoder för hur organisationer kan uppnå för verksamheten uppställda mål både avseende det interna arbetet och gentemot det omgivande samhället. I kursen Att leda och arbeta i projekt, 7,5 hp ingår följande teman: grundläggande begrepp och modeller för att förstå projektledning som fenomen; modeller och verktyg för att leda och arbeta i projekt; gruppdynamik och grupprocesser; metoder för att studera och analysera projektledning, samt projektledning ur ett etiskt perspektiv. Kursen examineras genom såväl skriftlig inlämningsuppgift som sker i grupp som en individuell skriftlig inlämningsuppgift och ett avslutande seminarium. Kurslitteratur och undervisning på engelska kan förekomma.
