Overview
Kursen innebär fördjupande studier i Europa-, handels- eller arbetsrätt. Målet för kursen är att utveckla förmågan att ställa rättsvetenskapliga frågor till forskningsfältet innom Europa när det gäller handel och/eller arbetsliv. Under kursen ska du formulera, behandla och analysera ett forskningsproblem ur ett rättsvetenskapligt perspektiv genom att självständigt författa ett examensarbete. Examensarbetet ska läggas fram och försvaras vid ett examensarbetesseminarium.
