Overview
Med stöd av fritidshemspedagogisk forskning studeras teorier om grupprocesser och relationer. Fokus läggs på ledarskapets betydelse för gruppers utveckling inom fritidshemmet. Hur barn utvecklar relationer och fritidshemmets uppgift att förstå och stödja barns relationsskapande behandlas. Pedagogers förhållningssätt och strategier i förhållande till konfliktsituationer bland flickor och pojkar studeras och övas med stöd av samtalsmetodik. Inom kursens ram behandlas hur estetiska läroprocesser som bild, musik, drama, dans och rörelse kan omsättas i fritidshemmets pedagogiska verksamhet. Faktorer av betydelse för fritidshemmets samverkan med föräldrar, förskola, förskoleklass och skola behandlas också.
