Overview
The course is a master's course within the Innovation through Business, Engineering, and Design program. It explores how interdisciplinary knowledge, theory, and new technologies can drive innovation to meet societal needs. Students collaborate with local and international companies, applying innovation processes in multidisciplinary teams. Through co-creation, they develop and evaluate sustainable products and services. IKEA, the program’s main industry partner, provides support through workshops, tutoring, and real-world projects. Bringing together students from Business, Engineering, and Design, the course fosters diverse perspectives to tackle complex global challenges. By the end, students gain both practical experience and essential skills for professional innovation.

General entry requirements for second-cycle studies and specific entry requirements: Bachelor of Science in Technology or Engineering 15 credits in Mathematics; Calculus I, (7.5 credits), and Linear Algebra/Vector Geometry (7.5 credits) or the equivalent. English 6 or the equivalent.
