<p><strong>Marinteknikutbildningen</strong> har två inriktningar.</p> <p>Inriktningen <em>service och reparation</em> ska ge kunskaper om konstruktion och reparation av fritidsbåtar och deras system och annan utrustning. Den ska också ge kunskaper om diagnostik, service och reparation av marinmotorer. Inriktningen kan leda till arbete som till exempel båtbyggare och marintekniker.</p> <p>Inriktningen <em>el och elektronik</em> ska ge kunskaper om installation, underhåll och reparation av el- och elektronikanläggningar i marin miljö. Den ska också ge kunskaper om styr- och övervakningssystem för motorer och säkerhetsutrustning. Inriktningen kan leda till arbete som till exempel marin systemtekniker.</p> <p>Båda inriktningarna kan leda till fortsatta studier på yrkeshögskola.</p>
