This one-year Master’s programme in Business Administration with a specialisation in accounting provides specific, in-depth knowledge within the field of accounting as well as general business administration competence. Through your studies you will gain advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of financial reporting, together with substantial knowledge of associated fields such as sustainability reporting, auditing, management control, corporate valuation, corporate governance, and international taxation. Our focus is primarily international and the language of instruction is English. Although the programme has an international focus and is delivered in English, the practical examples and exercises are often based on accounting and corporate data from Swedish companies. The Master’s programme with a specialisation in accounting is an advanced, add-on programme leading to a Master’s degree. The programme belongs to the subject area of Business Administration, but the curriculum is entirely focused on external reporting and related areas. The total scope of the programme is 60 credits (ECTS).
