Overview
All types of organisations are expected to manage their resources effectively and sustainably and achieve set goals. Therefore, there is a demand for people with expertise in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, strategy and sustainability. The Master's Programme in Accounting and Financial Management at Uppsala University will give you these skills, while also offering the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in one of the programme’s two specialisations. In the specialisation of Accounting, Governance and Financial analysis the topics include corporate governance and auditing, financial accounting, valuation and financial analysis. This prepares you for various roles such as CFO, controller, auditor, financial analyst, or management consultant. An important feature of many courses is working in study groups where you get to practice leading discussions and seminars with a wider audience. During one semester you can choose between internship, elective courses or study abroad. The language of instruction is English.
