Overview
Companies and organisations today must navigate global challenges and therefore need individuals with knowledge in management, strategy, decision-making and business intelligence. The Master's Programme in Business and Management at Uppsala University will give you these skills, while also offering the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in one of the programme’s four specialisations. In the specialisation of Organisation you will study how modern organisations manage environmental expectations and demands. Ethical behaviour, social and environmental responsibility, transparency and sustainability are central elements. During one semester you can choose between internship, elective courses or study abroad. The language of instruction is English.

Entry requirements
_Academic requirements_ A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. Also required is 90 credits in business studies. _Language requirements_ Proficiency in English equivalent to the Swedish upper secondary course English 6. This requirement can be met either by achieving the required score on an internationally recognised test, or by previous upper secondary or university studies in some countries.
