I samhällsdebatten och från politiskt håll finns tydliga krav på att polisiära metoder behöver utvecklas i takt med att samhället förändras. Med den här utbildningen får du som har studerat inom eller arbetar med exempelvis polisiärt arbete, socialt arbete, juridik, psykologi eller kriminologi, bättre förutsättningar att bidra till bra samverkan i samhället kring frågor om brottslighet, trygghet, brottsförebyggande och tillitsskapande arbete.

Entry requirements
Examen på grundnivå som omfattar minst 180 högskolepoäng eller motsvarande utländsk examen. Särskilda förkunskapskrav: 90 högskolepoäng i något av huvudområdena polisiärt arbete, pedagogik, idrottspedagogik, statsvetenskap, rättsvetenskap, rättssociologi, socialt arbete, sociologi, kriminologi och psykologi eller motsvarande. Dessutom krävs Engelska 6/nivå 2 och svenska för grundläggande behörighet för högskolestudier (om utbildningen ges på svenska).
