Magisterprogrammet i psykologi med inriktning mot psykosocial arbetsmiljö är en tvåårig utbildning på 60 hp som ges på halvfart (50 %). All undervisning och examination sker på distans, med undantag för ett examinationstillfälle på HiG i samband med examensarbetet. Bristfälliga psykosociala arbetsförhållanden är idag ett stort problem inom många organisationer. Magisterprogrammet i psykologi med inriktning mot psykosocial arbetsmiljö är därför av relevans för att öka kunskapen om komplexiteten i dessa förhållanden samt ge verktyg för att åtgärda dessa problem och förbättra den arbetsrelaterade hälsan. Även centrala arbetsmiljörättsliga aspekter kring organisatorisk- och social arbetsmiljö kommer tas upp.
