Overview
Kursen innehåller ett självständigt uppsatsarbete. Uppsatsen ska skrivas inom ett personal- och arbetslivsrelaterat område där studenten ska med hög grad av självständighet fördjupa sig i aktuell forskning, relevanta teoribildningar och metodologi samt självständigt genomföra en empirisk studie inom ramen för vald problemställning. Kursen innehåller även momentet att kritiskt kommentera och diskutera andra studenters uppsatsarbeten.

Godkänt resultat om minst 180 hp inom Personal och arbetslivsprogram varav minst 90 hp i personal- och arbetslivsvetenskap, inklusive 15 hp vetenskaplig metod och 15 hp självständigt arbete eller motsvarande. Utöver detta avslutade 30 hp inom personal- och arbetslivsvetenskap eller motsvarande på avancerad nivå.
