Efter kursen kan du ansöka om en magister- eller masterexamen i medicinsk vetenskap. Kursen innefattar planering och genomförande av ett examensarbete inom ditt huvudområde. Detta inkluderar att upprätta en projektplan, hantera och analysera data samt sammanställa och diskutera resultaten, båda skriftligt och muntligt. Vid seminarier kommer du att kritiskt granska och diskutera medstudenters projektplaner och examensarbeten. Under temat "Från forskning till praktisk nytta" ska du även presentera ditt examensarbete på en poster och diskutera denna.

Entry requirements
Entry requirements are qualification as an occupational therapist, audiologist, biomedical laboratory scientist, speech therapist, physiotherapist/physiotherapist, nursing - or radiology nursing equivalent to a Degree of Bachelor (180 credits) or the equivalent skills in medical science. Proficiency in English equivalent to a Pass in English 6/English B from Swedish upper secondary school. In addition, second-cycle courses totalling at least 45 credits are required, including the course Introduction to research and development work in medical science at second-cycle level 7.5 credits and at least one of the courses Qualitative methods in medical science at second-cycle level 7.5 credits, Quantitative methods in medical science at second-cycle level 7.5 credits or Evidence-based practice 7.5 credits.
