Overview
Differential equations can be used to describe a wide variety of phenomena within the natural sciences, such as the growth of a bacterial cultures and the motion of the planets in our solar system. This course is an introduction theory of ordinary differential equations. It covers classical solution methods for first order equations, existence and uniqueness of solutions, variation of parameters, Laplace transforms, power series solutions and the Frobenius method, systems of linear equations and the stability of equilibrium points.
