Overview
Den studerande ska genom reflexivt arbete i grupp utveckla sin kreativa kompetens genom att arbeta med och reflektera över kreativa och kvalitativa metoder. Genom att använda metoder som observation, intervju och enkät ska den studerande förstå förutsättningarna för designmetodik. Dessutom ska den studerande inhämta information från en målgrupp inom fältet gastronomi. Utifrån insamlade data utvecklas den kreativa kompetensen genom gestaltningar och reflektioner över kreativa processer, rummet, mötet och normer i en måltidskontext. I kursens workshops ges möjligheter att skapa och reflektera om framtidens måltider.
