Overview
Kursen består av tre moduler: Projektplanering, Genomförande och utvärdering av projekt och Individuell projektanalys, och behandlar projektarbete som arbetsform och dess genomförande, med inriktning mot medieproduktion. Särskilt problematiseras relationen till beställare och en avsedd målgrupp. Olika ansvarsroller och produktionstekniska processer prövas och utforskas. Vidare diskuteras och utvärderas olika faser i projekthanteringsprocessen, liksom även projekts ekologiska hållbarhet. I första modulen studeras projektets initiering och planering. Modul två fokuserar projektets genomförande, och projekthanteringsprocessen utvärderas under avvecklingsfasen. I tredje modulen analyseras den individuella insatsen i projektet utifrån teoretiska perspektiv.
