<p>Vill du lägga grunden för en uppsats i handelsrätt? På kursen Handelsrätten i metod och tillämpning fördjupar du din förståelse för juridisk teori och metod, samtidigt som du övar dig i att tillämpa juridisk metod och skriva juridisk text.</p><p>På kursen får du studera juridisk teori och metod, inklusive EU-rättslig metod. Du lägger de teoretiska grunderna för att skriva uppsats och arbetar samtidigt löpande med att tillämpa kunskaperna och använda juridisk metod. På kursen påbörjas planeringen av kandidatuppsatsen inför HARH18.</p>
