Overview
Kursen ger studenten möjlighet att förvärva en överblick över tillgängliga metoder för studiet av barns språkutveckling. Ett urval av dessa metoder fördjupas i praktiska moment. Kursen behandlar såväl högteknologiska metoder som metoder av enklare karaktär, och respektive metod diskuteras utifrån för- och nackdelar. Etiska aspekter diskuteras löpande utifrån de olika metodologiska ansatserna.

A degree of 180 ECTS credits including an independent degree project (or equivalent) with a linguistic profile, and Language Evolution and Child Language Acquisition, 7,5 ECTS credits or equivalent. Alternatively, at least 180 completed ECTS credits within a programme in speech and language pathology. Swedish upper secondary school course English 6 or equivalent.
