Overview
Is there systematic work environment development at the workplace? How do you work practically to prevent occupational accidents and which theories of human-technology-organization are behind the ability of organizations to minimize risk? It is possible to make systematic work environment development meaningful, understandable and manageable! Moreover, how can a naturally integrated continuous process for work environment issues affect quality, production and finances at companies and organizations? Work environment includes everything from workplace design, accident prevention and physically demanding work to the social environment. In this course, we try to highlight how work environment development should be conducted. Seminars are scheduled to Thursdays 13 - 15, welcome!
