Overview
Denna kurs behandlar flerspråkighet som fenomen samt villkor för utveckling av ett andraspråk. Inom kursens ram diskuteras olika definitioner av begreppen flerspråkighet och olika kriterier för flerspråkig kompetens. Utveckling av andraspråk relateras till utveckling av förstaspråk och centrala teorier om andraspråksutveckling och flerspråkig utveckling behandlas. Den studerande läser en skönlitterär bok inom kursens ram som behandlar flerspråkighet, andraspråksutveckling och identitet. Dessutom genomför den studerande en intervju med en andraspråksinlärare vilken redovisas i form av en muntlig presentation.
