The course consists of two modules. Module 1 Music pedagogy, 15 ECTS cr Components: - review of and reflection on current curricula and their implementation in primary school music teaching - procedures, methods and strategies for primary school music teaching - field studies of primary school music teaching Module 2 Music and digital tools, 15 ECTS cr Components: - guitar and piano accompaniment - song and play in groups with practical discussions and reflections on different pedagogical considerations - ICT and its areas of application in relation to primary school music teaching. Instruction is in the form of groups, lectures and seminars.
