Overview
Två av fem svenskar använder naturpreparat och/eller komplementärmedicinska metoder av något slag. Trots terapeutiska effekter och risker med denna användning saknar majoriteten av vårdpersonal utbildning inom detta område. Kursen fokuserar på kliniskt relevant kunskap om de vanligast förekommande komplementärmedicinska metoderna, vad som är visat gällande dessa metoders säkerhet, effektivitet och kvalitet, och hur dessa metoder används i olika sammanhang och kulturer. Kursen vänder sig till hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal inklusive farmaceuter och kliniska farmakologer samt studerande till yrken som möter/kommer att möta patienter med frågor kring naturpreparat och annan komplementärmedicin.
