Kursen ger möjlighet att studera företagsekonomi med inriktning mot redovisning och finans på helfart under ett år, och leder till en generell ettårig ekonomie magisterexamen i företagsekonomi - One Year Master in Business Administration. Under första delen av höstterminen läses Redovisningsval och revision 15 hp kurskod 722A69, under andra delen kan man välja mellan Företagsfinansiering och företagsvärdering kurskod 722A66 15hp eller Ekonomisk styrning kurskod 722A70 15 hp. Under vårterminen skrivs en Magisteruppsats 30 hp inom inriktningen.
