Overview
Kursens innehåll tar utgångspunkt i så kallade människobehandlande organisationer och fokuserar på relationen mellan ledarskap, organisation och omvärld. Teman under kursen är samverkan, makt och etik. Ledarskap diskuteras utifrån kunskapsbildningar, teorier och metoder i socialt arbete som kan ge effekter på en hälsofrämjande arbetsmiljö för medarbetarna och främja ökad kvalitet på organisationernas stöd- och serviceinsatser. Organisation och omvärld diskuterar bland annat hur strukturer, kulturer, normer och värderingar påverkar målformuleringar och handlingar inom socialt arbete. Under kursen ges studenten möjlighet till vissa praktiska inslag och övningar som syftar till att utveckla studenternas förmåga att hantera komplexa företeelser, situationer och frågeställningar i det sociala arbetets praktik.
