Kursen vänder sig till dig som vill fördjupa din förståelse för vad som påverkar organisationers psykosociala arbetsmiljö och utveckling. I kursen fokuseras särskilt det som bidrar till en hälsofrämjande arbetsmiljö och en hållbar utveckling av verksamheter. Hälsa inom organisationer analyseras ur ett historiskt perspektiv, särskild uppmärksamhet ges åt diskussioner utifrån ett hälsofrämjande synsätt.
