Fördjupade kunskaper om pedagogisk kunskapsutveckling gör dig, efter examen, förberedd för kvalificerade arbetsuppgifter i organisationer som arbetar med utbildningsfrågor, personal- och utvecklingsfrågor. Programmet förbereder och ger behörighet för forskarutbildning i ämnet pedagogik. Centrala frågor i utbildningen är pedagogisk kunskapsutveckling, historiska och samhälleliga aspekter på pedagogik samt värdegrunds- och demokratifrågor.Du läser om pedagogikens frågor i ett historiskt och samhälleligt perspektiv och vi behandlar också värdegrunds- och demokratifrågor. Det ingår också en kurs i metodkunskap som ger dig vetenskapliga verktyg för pedagogisk kunskapsutveckling. Under kursen diskuteras forskningsetiska frågor. Programmet ges med inriktning mot; Allmän pedagogik, Didaktik och lärande, Specialpedagogik, Socialpedagogik, Arbetsliv och vuxnas lärande samt Lärares arbete.

General entry requirements for second-cycle studies, and specific entry requirements: 90 credits in the main field of Education or equivalent, including an independent thesis of a minimum of 15 credits, alternatively a teaching degree or other relevant equivalent professional degree comprising at least 180 credits, including an independent degree project of 15 credits. Swedish 3 and English 5. Or: Swedish level 3 and English level 1.
