Overview
Kursen innebär praktiskt personalarbete inom en organisation. Personalarbetets roll och organisationers förutsättningar belyses. Kursen omfattar både att följa en yrkesverksam ledare eller personalarbetare och att självständigt utföra arbetsuppgifter. Under kursen behandlas personalarbete i relation till relevanta personalvetenskapliga och arbetsvetenskapliga teorier, begrepp och modeller. Genom reflektion och praktisk handling utvecklas kompetensen i personalarbete och förståelsen för hur teorier, begrepp och modeller kan anpassas till specifika arbetssituationer. Utifrån en praktisk kunskapssyn utvecklas därmed ett reflekterande förhållningssätt. I modulen Teori i praktik behandlas personalarbete i den dagliga verksamheten. Personalarbete identifieras, analyseras och kopplas till teorier, begrepp och modeller, genom löpande reflektion och diskussion. I modulen Teori, begrepp och modeller genomförs ett fördjupningsarbete med utgångspunkt från det praktiska arbetet.
