Här får du djupgående förståelse för anatomi, fysiologi, träningsplanering, prestationsanalys, testmetodik och skadeprevention. Genom både teoretiska och praktiska moment lär du dig att planera träning utifrån individens och idrottens krav, samt utvärdera resultat på ett professionellt sätt. Studierna bedrivs på kvartsfart, vilket ger flexibilitet att kombinera utbildningen med idrott eller arbete. - Innehåller: Anatomi, fysiologi, biomekanik, träningsplanering, analys & testning, skadeprevention - Läsfart: Kvartsfart, på campus, ca 1 dag i veckan. - Totalt: 30 hp, uppdelat på fyra kurser
