Physiology deals with the correlation of structure and function at the level of the cell, tissue, organ and organism, for multicellular organisms. Physiology not only describes function: it also asks why and how. The contents of the course are suitable for those who have not previously studied chemistry at university. It is a component of the bachelor programme in biology-earth science, and of the teacher education programme, and it can be taken as an individual course The course is given in the period November - January.
