Overview
Kursen ger dig grundläggande kunskaper om hur föroreningar sprids och omvandlas i olika miljöer samt effekterna av miljökontamination på olika biologiska organisationsnivåer. Ett tvärvetenskapligt angreppssätt tillämpas och olika metoder för simulering av spridnings- och omvandlingsprocesser ingår. Fokus är på ekotoxikologi men även relativt nya miljöproblem såsom klimatförändringar kommer att tas upp. Undervisningen sker i form av föreläsningar, laborationer och ett projektarbete.

Entry requirements
För tillträde till kursen krävs godkända kurser motsvarande 60 hp inom ämnena miljövetenskap, fysik, kemi, biologi eller geovetenskap. Ett av ämnena skall omfatta minst 30 hp och baskurs i kemi (15 hp) är obligatorisk.
