Kursen vänder sig till dig som arbetar inom vården och som vill utveckla din handledande förmåga utifrån ett vårdvetenskapligt perspektiv. I kursen studeras kunskapsteori i relation till reflektion och handledning. Vidare behandlas det reflekterande samtalet och reflektionens roll i handledningen samt handledningens förutsättningar och etik. Handledningsmetoder som följsamt stödjer lärandet prövas och tränas av studenterna i mindre grupper. Dessutom behandlas gällande styrdokument som reglerar högskoleutbildning samt de förordningar som anger kompetenskrav för olika professioner. Kursen ges varannan termin som distanskurs, varannan termin i Borås.
