Overview
<p>Sustainable development in a digitised society requires good control over privacy, information security and cyber security. The course provides an introduction to the areas of privacy, information security and cyber security, by presenting essential theories and principles for each area and the way in which these areas are linked to each other. Furthermore, current findings from both practice and research are presented as well as legal and ethical aspects.</p>

A Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Swedish kandidatexamen) within the fields of informatics or computer science or the equivalent.A further requirement is proof of skills in English, equivalent of studies at upper secondary level in Sweden, known as English 6 or English level 2. This is normally demonstrated by means of an internationally recognized test, e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, or an equivalent.
