<p>How do we achieve sustainable renovations? In this course, you will learn to manage technical, economic, environmental and social aspects of the renovation process - and use a tool based on the latest research.</p><p>The course Process for Sustainable Renovation of Buildings provides fundamental knowledge about renovation and sustainability from economic, ecological, social and cultural perspectives. You will learn how different factors influence the renovation process and gain practical experience using a framework and tools to assess measures in a real building. </p><p>The course is based on the SIRen process, which describes activities at different stages of the building process and has been developed through national transdisciplinary research. It is aimed at participants with post-secondary education who work in the construction or property sector. </p><p>After completing the course, you will understand the complex aspects that must be addressed for sustainable renovation and be able to apply methods based on the latest research. </p><p><br/></p>
