Overview
Kursens modul ett behandlar olika perspektiv på lärande i organisationer som ett kognitivt och organisatoriskt, pedagogiskt och ett socialt-kulturellt perspektiv. Olika förutsättningar för lärande i organisationer på individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå diskuteras, samt hur lärande på de olika nivåerna kan främjas. Hur kollektiva lärprocesser kan organiseras samt hur chefer och organisationer kan stödjas i detta arbete diskuteras. Även olika roller som chefens, medarbetarens, samtalsledarens och facillitatorns roll för att främja lärande berörs. Inom modul två tillämpar studenterna olika förhållningssätt och metoder för att främja kollektivt lärande.
