Overview
Students taking this course will be introduced to theoretical and practical knowledge in innovation management and product development processes, with an application on horticultural products and services. During the course you gain knowledge in how to plan such a project and connect your knowledge to developmental strategies and theories on learning organizations. The course includes lectures, seminars, study visits and product development in the open food lab on campus.

Enrolled to the Horticultural Science – Master’s Programme or knowledge equivalent to 120 credits, including 60 credits in Natural Science or 60 credits in Social Science, and English 6.
