Do you want to understand how to create and optimize efficient production systems? The course Production Management I provides you with a comprehensive overview of production strategy, economics, and management. You will learn about Lean and Theory of Constraints (TOC) and how these can be used to improve production processes. Through practical exercises and a fictional case study, you will apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios. The course also includes field trips and a lab for virtual simulation of production systems.
