Kursen är inriktad mot handledning för professionsutveckling med fokus på förskola, grundskola och gymnasieskola. I kursen behandlas moment där begreppen vetenskap och beprövad erfarenhet sätts i relation till frågor om professionsutveckling i olika kollegiala förskole- och skolkontexter. I kursen uppmärksammas vidare olika teorier och modeller om lärarprofession, yrkesetiska frågor och ämnesdidaktik i relation till praktiknära utvecklingsfrågor.
