Overview
Under kursen får du lära dig hur ett projekt planeras och genomförs. Du får bland annat kunskap om den terminologi som används inom projektledningsområdet. Vidare kommer du även att bekanta dig med olika metoder och tekniker som används inom området, såsom projektplan, målformulering, projektorganisation, riskhantering, dokumentation, kommunikationsplanering och tidsplan. I kursen kommer du att träna på att använda olika metoder och tekniker, samt genomföra ett eget projekt. **Distanskursens upplägg:** Kursen är helt webbaserad och undervisningen sker via en lärplattform. Tillgång till dator med högtalare, mikrofon, kamera och internetuppkoppling krävs för att följa kursen.
