Overview
The course centres on the theoretical foundation and practical application of techniques for project management in professional contexts relevant to engineers. The emphasis is on delimiting, planning, organising and concluding a project, theories and models regarding individual and group motivation, behaviour and development, as well as basic theories and explanatory models regarding leadership aspects.
