<p>Rehabilitation and health promoting interventions for older persons- with application in physiotherapy. The course aims at you who wants to deepen your knowledge in understanding and to influence factors that are important for older person’s health and function. The course focuses on person-centered health promotion and rehabilitative interventions from a physiotherapeutic perspective as well as the importance of team collaboration for and with older persons. The course includes opportunities to develop your own physiotherapeutic setting with regard to evidence-based interventions. The course is conducted with distance studies as well as compulsory meetings on campus.</p>
