Overview
Kursen syftar till att fördjupa studentens kunskaper om de regelverk som reglerar advokatens rättsliga ställning och advokatverksamhet. Kursen behandlar advokatens roll och ansvar ur såväl ett civilrättsligt som ett offentligrättsligt perspektiv och belyser de aktuella frågorna ur ett etiskt perspektiv. Detta inkluderar ämnen som god advokatsed, advokatarvoden och ersättningar och relationen mellan advokater, klienter och myndigheter.

Entry requirements
165 hp i rättsvetenskap på Juristprogrammet där 10 hp i processrätt och 10 hp i straffrätt ingår. Dessutom krävs Svenska 3/Svenska B.
