Overview
Kursen syftar till att utveckla studentens förståelse av ledarskap och ledarskapets<br> förutsättningar inom utbildningsområdet. Kursens innehåll behandlar olika aspekter av<br> ledarskap och ledning relaterade till utbildningsverksamhet. Ledarskapets mellanmänskliga<br> dimensioner berörs liksom det pedagogiska ledarskapets relation till skolutveckling. Frågor<br> om hur makt och maktordningar påverkar människors interaktion och samvaro i arbetslivet<br> tas upp, där bland annat teorier om genus och interkulturellt ledarskap behandlas. Stor vikt läggs vid att studera ledarskap såväl teoretiskt som analytiskt och praktiskt genom<br> koppling till egen verksamhet och att utveckla ett eget pedagogiskt ledarskap i en<br> utvecklings- och lärandeprocess. I kursen tränar studenten även sin förmåga att skriva och<br> kritiskt granska akademisk text.

PAAU11 Verksamhetens politiska styrning och professionell ledning 15 hp och PAAU20 Att leda lokal skolutveckling 15 hp alternativt Rektorsutbildning 30 hp, samt 10 hp från SPAM01 Vetenskapliga metoder i utbildningsvetenskaplig forskning, 15 hp. Motsvarandebedömning kan göras.
