<p>MNXC01</p><p>The course includes legislation about land use, exploitation of natural resources, and protection of the natural environment. In addition to the formal contents of the laws, the assignments, skills and application of the legislation by the public authorities are studied. Special attention is given to the rules of supervision. The measures by municipalities, companies and individuals due to the legislation will also be studied. The course also contains an overview of damages claimed due to environmental impact and other sanctions within the field of environmental law.
